The F.I.T. Division handles bookings for individual travellers. It provides a
maximum of flexibility and service to its tour operator clients around the
world.

| On the basis of our Web-based reservation system, we
offer a wide variety of hotels all over Europe from 5-star properties to the
small family run hotels and pensions.

Through the reservation system you have direct access to the ATC database of
hotels, can view all the different price and room categories, access the
web-site of each hotel directly to get a maximum of information (presently only
for Germany), and send reservation requests online.

We immediately proceed the request on to the hotel and send you a confirmation
or an alternative suggestion in return. In average, our net wholesaler prices
are 26-31% below rack rate which gives you the possibility of selling on to
your agencies with competitive prices.

of that we take every individual F.I.T. request very serious: our flexibility
and service minded attitude is our strength from which you can benefit when
working with us. We offer individual transfers with our without guide, get
rental cars (AVIS, HERTZ, SIXT or EUROPCAR), book rail, ship or flight tickets
and have them delivered to the hotel, organize opera, theatre and concert
visits for your clients – in short: your wish is our command.
Any request for special services is researched in an effort to deliver
precisely what the client wants - rarely is anything considered too extreme or
too difficult to deliver.
